Request and verify
Your request goes to the team rather than straight to a payment screen. Once it's reviewed you'll get a private link to submit licence and identity documents — no branch visit, no paperwork by post.

Delivered to your door
The vehicle is prepared at one of our hubs and driven to your home, office or hotel. You walk it over with the driver and go through the controls before the keys change hands.

Why your booking
is reviewed
Nothing is charged when you submit a request. A member of the team checks the vehicle, the dates and the driver against the policy covering that car, then confirms.
It is the same reason we can promise the exact model rather than “or similar” — somebody has actually looked. Most requests are answered within a few hours.
