Longer distances need more notice. We confirm what is workable for your dates when the booking is reviewed.
On the day
How a handover runs
Once logistics are confirmed we agree a delivery window with you and keep you updated through to arrival. The driver brings the vehicle prepared and valeted.
At the door you walk the car together, check it over, and go through the controls before the keys change hands. Collection at the end of the rental works the same way, in reverse.
